| This picture is for my friend Tam, who lives in wine country in California, as a counter to all the pictures she posts on her blog of the food she's growing and eating. I had to swear off her blog for a few months as it was just painful reading and seeing the beautiful food she has there. This salad is what I managed to scrounge up here one night when I was desperate for some roughage. I really didn't think it was possible to have a salad that was mostly white before I came here. | ||
